At the Arthur Findlay College, I received very rigorous training in communicating with spirit. In my own practice, things are much more relaxed. Sometimes someone comes with a specific request, and I reach out to make contact. At other times, spirit makes contact in the middle of a reading about something else, because something needs to be made clear.

I find it a wonderful experience every time. As a channel, I am really just passing the messages on. Sometimes the messages are very cryptic or brief; at other times, they are very detailed. When I see the effect they have on the person receiving them, I am always deeply moved.
